"Happy Birthday to a Dear Sister" is the magnificently hand lettered purple lettering, at the bottom of this remarkable birthday cake card for your sister, who has a birthday in September. The cake on the cake stand is topped with two purple morning glories, with a tiny flower decorating the light lavender cake stand. Written across the base of the cake stand is the word "September". Delicious looking caramel frosting drips down the front of the pink cake, with colorful sprinkles decorating the base of the cake and the hand lettering. The inside wording of the card says "Wishing you a birthday where all your dreams come true!"
