Congratulate the pet groomer who grooms your pet dog, cat or pet with this fun teal-colored card. Also perfect for a veterinary office to congratulate their pet groomers as they become licensed. The groomer's arm comes into the card, from the right side, holding the scissors being used to groom the hair style on the fluffy white dog, who sits on the left side of the card. The hand lettered word "Congratulations" tops the card, with streamers of celebration highlighting the word's lettering. "On Becoming a Licensed Pet Groomer" is written across the very bottom of the card. The inside wording says "Best of luck as you take the next step in your grooming career."
