The front cover greeting is, 'Congratulations' in a large, retro font, spread over four lines, in red, orange, green and blue lettering. In the lower quarter of the card, it says, 'on becoming Foster Parents!' in a handwriting script in red, all on a beige or stylish 'ecru' background. The inside message is just a suggestion and you can easily change it or delete it altogether if you prefer a 'blank inside' card.
