Congratulate anyone, in general, on their new pet with a card featuring a beautiful pug dog standing in the grass with a fence and pretty flowers against a blue sky with dark green text. Original design by Laurie Schneider, elements by Scrap by Miggins, Louise Scraps. Emperors of China kept pugs as lapdogs and treated them to all the luxuries of royal life. Sometimes the pampered pooches were given their own mini palaces and guards.
