Every year healthcare facilities honor nurses that are employed with them with an honor called "Nurse of the Year", sometimes several receive this award, from different departments. This award card can be customized with the department name the honoree comes from, as you order your card and the year of the honor can be customized, as well. All of this wording is inside of the card's large heart-shaped stethoscope. It has a listening device that ends with a heart and has white hand lettered wording part way down that says "Nurse of the Year". Just follow the prompts to place the year and department name on your card, as you order it.
