I wrote this poem for my sister, who is now part of a living reef. She lived her later life on the ocean, on a boat. There are those that are drawn to the sea, beaches the coast. It is a part of who they are. This sympathy memorial card honors those souls. A candle, lit in memorial, on the shore with gentle lapping waves. The sky transitions between night and day.
