The large word "Thank You" is hand lettered, in white, below a black circle with a maltese cross badge of gold, that contains the words "Fire" and "Dept." in it, as well as a red firefighter's hat. A white stripe runs vertically across the card, behind the badge. The card's inside wording says "Your dedicated and brave assistance is greatly appreciated."
